Zydrunas Ilgauskas is a Lithuanian-born American former professional basketball player who played center position for Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association from 1997 to 2010 before playing for Miami Heat during the 2010-11 season.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas was drafted by the Cavs 20th overall in 1996 and overcame serious injuries to defy all odds to become a two time all all star whiles spending 12 seasons in Cleveland Cavaliers.
