Mohammed Ismail Sherif, who is popularly known as Black Sherif has achieved a chieftaincy title in Dakpema Palace in Tamale, the capital town of Northern Region.

Black Sherif was given this chieftaincy title because of her vast contribution and recent achievements that he has made as a result of her music career.

He was adorned in a beautiful smock and a hat by the traditional rulers with the support of the Temale community members.

The 20 years old Ghanaian rapper accepted the youth chieftaincy title wholeheartedly and walked down through the people with joy all over his face.

After the released of his first music album “the Vallian I never was”, the rulers of his community saw what ordinary people couldn’t see in him, and for that reason they honoured him for his hard work.
