VIDEO: See The Food These SHS Students Were Given At Their Dining Hall That Got Ghanaians Talking

A sad video is currently circulating on social media showing a horrific being given to some Senior High School (SHS) students, and many social media users after coming across this video couldn’t keep mute over it. According to the person who posted this video on social media, these are students of St Paul’s Senior High School and Minor Seminary at Hatsukorpe (SPACO) located in Ketu South, Volta Region.

If you watch the video carefully, you can see that the students have enough rice, however, little fish and small soup. As a result of this, 10 students are given one fish to share. And the soup you will get on the rice is nothing to write home about. The smallest of the fish and soup would have been better if they are not put on the rice and the students eat the rice like that.

We are in 2022, and let’s not accept this to be normal. This is not healthy at all. Sources indicate that some of the SHS are going through this same situation. Some Ghanaians after coming across this video started blaming the implementation of the Free SHS. They argued that it appears the state of the economy was not ready for the implementation of the free SHS but President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo saw a chance to use it to get votes from Ghanaians.

Others said that this is very bad and they have heard that worse of this going on in other secondary schools Just that authorities are trying to cover it up.
